Tārā Love is a Ceremony Guide, Sound Alchemist, Healing Arts Facilitator and Death Doula with a passion for bringing elemental magic, deep joy and embodied ritual into everyone’s lives. Tārā loves reawakening people within their own bodies and voices; reconnecting them to their authentic expression and divine Self.

Originally from the UK, an internationally trained & travelled physical theatre creator with a Masters in Applied Arts and a passion for co-creating conscious community, Tārā has over 20 years experience facilitating projects in diverse settings, bringing people together through the Embodied and Healing Arts.

Since following a Spirit calling in 2017 Tārā has been channelling medexine music with her voice, working with high vibration instruments, guiding sacred ceremony with and without medicinal mushrooms for people to journey deeply into their unconscious realms as a path to remembering their wholeness. Tara has held over 1500 people in ceremony to date across Southern Africa and Europe.

Facilitating dynamic workshops and playful retreats, Tārā guides people in accessing their fully expressed Self through somatic integration practices from voice activation and conscious dance, to ritual creation and nature immersion.

Tārā believes in celebrating creative exploration, unique self-expression and somatic conscious connections as radical pathways that bring self awareness, life-integration and community cohesion towards greater Oneness.

“The only way to heal the world is to heal yourself, and the best way to do that is in community”

Tārā’s big dream is the creation of a diverse connected community through this play/work across the globe that will spiral into the manifestation of a Centre for the Healing Arts & Conscious Dying where we can live in symbiosis with the land, each other and local community, inviting people to co-create a space together. We are currently calling in land in southern Mozambique for this. Please get in touch if you have ideas and contributions towards this manifestation of the better world we all know is possible.

“Tara is an intuitive, highly skilled facilitator with the ability to hold journeys of deep reflection and transformation. Her playful style & melodic voice creates a space of gentle unfurling and radical possibilities.”

- Chloe Osborne, Producer/ HR Consultant

Isabel Almeida is a trauma-informed heartful integration coach and founder of Rewire by Heart — working with those who are ready to stop surviving and start living from the inside out.

With over 10 years of experience accompanying people through deep inner transformation, Isabel's work sits at the intersection of the psychological, the somatic, and the spiritual. Trained in transpersonal coaching psychology, NLP, counselling, and Ashtanga yoga, she brings a rare combination of coaching precision and embodied awareness to every container she holds - meeting the whole person, not just the presenting pattern.

Isabel's approach is grounded in her own profound journey of healing and awakening — one that took her through sacred ceremony, deep meditation, and the slow, tender work of rewiring a nervous system that had learned to brace rather than trust. It is a path she continues to walk every day.

Alongside her 1-2-1 coaching practice, Isabel co-facilitates the London conscious connection ceremonies with Tāra and works as a pre and post integration coach for retreats and ceremonial events. Together Isabel and Tāra co-created the SPI Program — a 12-week Somatic Psychedelic Integration container - designed to help people receive the full gifts of their medicine experiences and anchor lasting transformation on every level of their being.

Isabel and Tāra also co-host the Embodying Spirit podcast and Isabel is deeply honoured to be part of Tāra's vision for the Centre for Healing Arts & Conscious Dying - a project born from a shared devotion to conscious living and conscious dying.

“Isabel is an amazing coach - empathetic, easy to talk to, and incredibly pragmatic and insightful. After each session, I feel truly heard and leave with a variety of actionable strategies to help me navigate the challenges I’ve shared. I always feel supported and more grounded after our calls. I would highly recommend Isabel to anyone seeking reflection, clarity, or a new direction in life.”

- F. D. London

“Isabel has helped me no end through a difficult transition in my life.  She has coached me to my ascension and continues to do so.  The concept is simple, beautiful and provides me with support when I need it.”

Is an ethnomusicologist, vocalist, African indigenous instrumentalist and cultural practitioner originally from the Eastern Cape and currently based in Pretoria. Her mediums are sound, space, healing and indigenous instruments all aimed at preserving African indigenous knowledge, instruments and systems finding ways to keep them relevant through the moving times.

Ceduma is a composer of music inspired by her upbringing. She was exposed to the sounds of Umnqokolo "a throat singing technique expressed by the Xhosa clan" and Ukombhela "a type of singing performed when traditional ceremonies are being carried out", she infuses these sounds of her engraved culture with the elements of Rock n Roll birthing her Hashtag "The African Rockstar" showcasing its ability to transform into relevance. Rock is an imprint of the method in which Ceduma expressed herself, in trance and divinity.

Her interaction with space is one of healing — a practice rooted in indigenous sound journeys, where she crafts her own instruments and creates large-scale, sound-inspired installations. Through these immersive experiences, she explores and actualizes visions of the future of sound as a medium for healing, invention, and transformation. Her work exists at the intersection of ancestral knowledge, experimental design, and sonic innovation, imagining new ways humans may connect, restore, and evolve through vibration and resonance.

Intrinsic to movement is healing.
Intrinsic to life is movement.
Movement is intrinsic to life.

Julia Nowicki is a practicing craniosacral therapist based in the Western Cape, Muizenberg.
Julia began her career as a dance teacher. She opened Alive Dance Studio 30 years ago with the
passionate belief that dance is a birthright, a god given way to joy and health. Julia's dream was
for movement/dance to become a mainstream activity for everyone.

At the age of 17 Julia began lessons in SADTA, IDTA Belly dancing,Tai Chi, creative movement
and callanetics with Mamau Divi (Maria Mac Donald). Mamau Divi’s commitment and devotion
to spiritualism and the body as a sacred temple has been and always will be an unmeasurable gift.
Under her spiritual and physical guidance the journey into body consciousness began.

Julia studied movement therapy with Ann Fisk, the continued experience of how movement, in all it’s multiple forms, and stillness, invigorates, allows and encourages healing. The alchemy of self expression, self awareness, unconscious and authentic movement, gravity, nuclear forces strong and week, electromagnetism, and the observer effect is magnificent. Julias spiritual approach to movement and the human body deepened and opened the door to cranial sacral therapy.

Julia began studying cranial sacral therapy with Al Pelowski in 1999, completing the full practitioners course and qualifying in August 2001. Al’s passionate approach to the natural and holistic way of life, his knowledge and his experience made him an extraordinary teacher. He is one of the pioneers of bio dynamic cranial sacral therapy.

Julia continued her education with post graduate training. Over the past two decades she has done courses with John Dolton, Hugh Millne, Mathew Appelton, Mary Short House, Jacob Nell, Simone Gosling and Kitya Nowicki. She has been a member of the S.A. cranial association since its inception.

Julia has been practicing craniosacral therapy for 21 years and is presently practicing from Muizenberg in Cape Town. Being in a session with a client, she feels deep gratitude, a sense of awe and respect. The body’s faithfull and continued effort to seek coherence no matter what the experiences are or have been is humbling. The constant, committed effort of the body, storing away experiences that had no outlet, physical and / or emotional, at unknowable costs to the whole. Every session is unique because of the innate and extraordinarily powerful capacity of a human being to heal, rather than to fix.

When a living system is held in its compensation patterns, supported, heard, seen, held in stillness in present time, the body can recognise what is not it and can safely let go of holding patterns. The release of energy and ridgid facia returns vital movement and fluidity back to the area and, in turn, the entire body is resourced for deeper and continued healing. Cranial sacral therapy works directly with the entire nervous system, calming the autonomic nervous system, encouraging movement of the skull bones, the motility of the meninges, the circulation of fresh Cerebral Spinal Fluid and blood, and bringing elasticity back to the brain.

and spirit infused cells. Cranial sacral therapy is for everyone, newborn babies, infants, children, teens, adults and elderly folk. For recurring mild concerns, pain, chronic and acute conditions. Or for when you are feeling well and want to maintain and improve your vitality. cranial sacral therapy is an effective therapy for recovery from a recent trauma or past traumas. A non-invasive, non-verbal, non-prescriptive healing modality.

Movement becomes you.

Our body faithfully transporting us, carrying us, containing us within a being, a strong miraculously
intelligent and reliable vessel. A vessel of action and rest, facilitating feelings and manifesting thought. Our bodies allways moving, replacing, reforming, guiding and defining the physical form. A devoted physical self giving agency to spirit /soul.

Selah specialises in embodiment therapy, working on-line and in-person. She has developed a specific technique that engages with the subconscious to heal the underlying cause of our issues.

Her work is useful for physical injuries/chronic pain/illness ; integration of plant medicine journeys ; decision making ; healing addictive behaviours ; cultivating self-worth  and creating a more aligned and purposeful life.

Tārā and Selah have collaborated with the Conscious Connection Celebration weekend Retreat which included sound-journey healing, theatre games, voice activation and a full-length elemental dance journey in which participants also had the opportunity to play with fire. When Tara and Selah come together their collaborative energy creates a field of fun that nurtures authentic creative expression, what a gift!
